Access the sengs for your phone, such as changing the font and display
Assign or use assigned speed dial numbers
Transfer the current acve call internally & externally
Access message box/voicemail
Block incoming calls. You can also acvate Do Not Disturb while the phone is ringing,
this terminates the call and the caller will get a busy tone
Accesses the staon, system and internal phone books
If a headset is plugged in this buon allows you to toggle between the headset and
handset
Place a call on hold - the caller will receive on-hold music/markeng or beeping
Cuts mic between you and caller
A line, feature or quick dial can be assigned to these buons
*The 9010 has 5 programmable Flex Keys & the 9020 has 10 programmable Flex Keys*
These buons are interacve and have a changing funcon based on the phone’s
status
Toggle the speakerphone On and O during a call
Adjust the Ring, Handset, Headset and Speaker Volume
