Why is my IRIS Receiver remote control not working?

If your IRIS Receiver remote control isn't working, the battery may be exhausted, so try changing to a new battery. Alternatively, the remote control unit may not be correctly pointed at the front panel or may be too far away. Try adjusting the way you hold the remote control unit and move closer to the panel.
