iRobot offers a wide range of flexible and targeted training support packages
designed to meet the training needs of our customers. Taught by iRobot master
trainers, training courses are designed to meet all levels of operator experience.
Training is conducted at iRobot’s corporate training center in Bedford,
Massachusetts, USA, or off-site at a location chosen by the customer.
Training courses include comprehensive course materials (CBT, etc.) and cover
product overviews, robot operation, hands-on exercises and training guides.
Topics include operator skills, level 3 (intermediate) maintenance, user
maintenance and refresher courses. Train-the-Trainer certification,
multi-media support products and tailored classes are also available.
