  If battery modules are connected in parallel, but one of them will not output, ensure the Inverter Protocol numbers are identical in the REVOLT4 Monitor app. Check this module’s voltage and current on the LCD screen. If the voltage difference among the packs is more than 2V and there is a non-zero current reading, it means this module is equalizing, this process takes several minutes to hours, please wait patiently. If not, check the dip switches as 5.2.2 and set the Dip Switches if needed, and check the module communication cable as 5.2.1 Wiring diagram.
