Usage Features:

  • Handlebar Adjustment: The handlebar height is adjustable to suit the child's height, ensuring a comfortable and safe riding position. This is done by opening a stem clamp lever, pressing a stem pin, and raising or lowering the handlebar until it clicks into a pin hole.
  • Starting the Scooter: Riders should wear helmets and knee pads. To start, hold both ends of the handlebar, place one foot on the deck, and kick off with the other foot to gain momentum. Once moving, place the second foot on the deck and gently press the thumb throttle to accelerate.

  • Turning: When turning, riders should tilt their body's center of gravity slightly toward the turning direction and slowly turn the handlebar.
  • Folding Mechanism: The scooter features a folding mechanism for compact storage and transport. The stem can be raised to a vertical position for riding or lowered towards the deck for folding by pulling the folding mechanism.
  • Bluetooth Connectivity: The scooter can connect to a phone via Bluetooth to play music, enhancing the riding experience.

Safety Instructions and Warnings:

The manual stresses the importance of parental supervision and adherence to safety guidelines:

  • Parental Responsibility: Parents are responsible for reviewing all warnings, cautions, instructions, and safety topics with their child and ensuring they understand them. Adult guidance is required at all times for children and preteens.
  • Pre-Ride Inspection: Always inspect the e-scooter before riding. Check and secure all fasteners, and replace worn or broken parts immediately.
  • Protective Gear: A helmet and other protective equipment (e.g., knee pads) are mandatory when riding.
  • Riding Environment:
    • Practice in open spaces and avoid traffic lanes until skilled riding is mastered.
    • Do not ride in unsafe or illegal places.
    • Avoid riding in bad weather (rain, snow, strong wind) to prevent danger.
    • Do not use the product in environments below -5°C.
    • Ride slowly or get off the e-scooter on uneven or poor road conditions.
    • Do not ride on terrain with oil or ice.
    • Avoid direct passage over stairs higher than 3cm; avoid steps lower than 3cm as much as possible.
    • Avoid riding at night for safety.
  • Riding Posture and Actions:
    • Keep both feet on the scooter while riding.
    • Do not perform dangerous actions or ride with one hand.
    • Do not ride with hands off the handlebar.
    • Do not perform dangerous stunts with one foot off the deck.
    • Do not turn the handlebar sharply while riding.
    • Do not accelerate when going downhill.
    • Do not press the thumb throttle when walking the scooter.
  • Weight and Passengers:
    • No passengers are allowed.
    • Do not hang heavy objects (e.g., backpacks) on the handlebar.
  • Water Immersion: Do not immerse the product in water deeper than 3cm or directly spray water on the e-scooter body to avoid damage to the electrical system.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning:
    • For general cleaning, use a soft cloth damped with clean water.
    • For stubborn stains, a toothbrush with toothpaste can be used, followed by wiping with a damp cloth.
    • Scratched plastic parts can be polished with sandpaper or abrasive materials.
    • Avoid using alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive/volatile chemical solvents.
    • Do not use a pressure washer.
    • Before cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the charging port rubber cover is tightly closed to prevent electric shock or water damage.
  • Storage:
    • Store the e-scooter indoors in a dry and cool place when not in use.
    • Avoid prolonged outdoor storage, as sun exposure, overheating, and low temperatures can accelerate aging of appearance and tires, and reduce battery pack life.
  • Battery Maintenance:
    • Use only the original charger.
    • Do not use battery packs from other models or brands.
    • Avoid touching battery contacts or disassembling/puncturing the casing to prevent short circuits, damage, or casualties.
    • Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations; do not discard them arbitrarily.
    • Fully charge the battery after each use to prolong its life.
    • Avoid storing the battery pack in temperatures above 50°C or below -20°C.
    • Do not expose the battery pack to fire.
    • If the scooter is not used for more than 30 days, fully charge it, store it in a cool, dry place, and then fully charge it every 60 days. Failure to do so may damage the battery, which is not covered by the warranty.
    • Avoid recharging when the battery is completely exhausted.
    • The battery pack provides longer range and performance at room temperature (around 20°C). Performance decreases below 0°C.
    • A fully charged scooter will exhaust its power in approximately 120-180 days of standby. The battery has a smart chip to record charging/discharging. If not charged in time, it may over-discharge and suffer permanent damage, which is not covered by the warranty. Non-professionals should not disassemble the battery pack.
