HEY SMART APP
Download and install the HeySmart app from Apple and/or Google stores.
Note: Select your country, enter the email and complete the account
registration. At the end of the registration, you can make the login (mail /
password). Please, make sure to connect your smartphone to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
modem to which you want to connect the camera.
Add the camera to Account:
Check that you have connected your smartphone to your 2.4GHz Wifi
router
1-- Select +
2-- Select Security Sensor> Camera
3-- The indication to check if the LED flashes on the device has no value
for the camera. For this it is necessary to say the message “WIFI
CONFIG”. If he does not say any message, reset the camera. Select
NEXT
4-- Check that the SSID of your router is shown, to which the smartphone is connected. the router
must work in wifi with 2.4GHz frequency. Enter the Wifi connection password; It must NOT contain
special characters or blank spaces. Max. 32 characters.
Select NEXT
5-- The app generates a QR Code containing the connection parameters to the router (SSID,
password and connection channel).
6-- Frame the QR Code with the camera at 15: 20cm away, moving the phone away and
approaching slowly. The camera will say the “Connect to router” message, attempting to connect
to the router.
7-- Select “I Heard a Prompt” to continue
