In case of the type with control resistance
Pre-starting Preparation
Make sure that all hydraulic control levers etc. on the equipment
are in the NEUTRAL position.
Set the engine stop knob in the START position.
Switch ON the battery switch (if so equipped).
Insert the starter switch key into the switch key hole.
Turn the key clockwise to DRIVE position and, make sure that
the meters and warning lamps are actuated.
