Check that the power supply has been destroyed or not. If there is any flaw,
please contact the vendor.
Make sure the AC input voltage of power supply accord with the standards
of your country or area.
If the 2 terms above are right, please turn on the power supply.

means you can set voltage value.

Output Operation
Press
On/Off
key to make the
output state on, and the voltage
and current value on the LED will
wink for 3 seconds, then the LED
will display the actual output value.
And the “ OFF” light will be off, that
means the power supply is working.
Press
On/Off
key again, the output
will be off.
