  If ice cubes form correctly but do not unstick in your ITV ICE MAKERS Ice Maker, verify and change the hot gas valve if necessary, if it's faulty or wrongly connected. Increase water pressure if possible, which can often be done by removing the flowmeter on the faucet, if the water pressure is low. Adjust or replace the fan pressure switch or condensation pressure switch. Check and replace the condensation water inlet valve if it's faulty (for water-cooled machines without a pressure switch water valve). Adjust, repair, or replace the water pressure switch valve if it's faulty or too open (for water-cooled machines with this valve). Increase the defrost time if the room or water temperature is below 7ºC. Check and replace the timer or micros if necessary. Adjust by reducing the time to the...

  If everything appears to be running correctly but no ice is being made in the evaporator of your ITV ICE MAKERS Ice Maker, check the overflow, water bin for leaks, water entry valve and prime the pump if the pump is unprimed. Replace the pump if it's faulty. Check the water entry valve and change if is necessary if water does not enter into the bin. Replace the drier, empty the refrigerant (vacuum) and charge new refrigerant if there is water in the gas circuit. Check overflow pipe and for leaks and inspect draining valve in machines with automatic cleaning system if the water tray is dry. Check the buoy valve mechanism in DP90 and DP140 if the water tray is dry.
