I hear crackling noises
-
is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to
objects between the headset and the connected device. It is
designed for the headset and the connected device to be used
within 33 feet (10 meters) of each other, with no major objects
in the way (walls, etc.).
I cannot hear anything in my headset
- Increase the volume on your phone.
- Ensure that the headset is paired to the device that you wish
to use.
- Make sure your phone is connected to the headset by tapping
the Answer/End button.
I am having pairing problems
- You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your
mobile phone.
Follow the pairing instructions.
I am experiencing low battery standby time
- Turn o headset in between calls. Your headset will quickly and
automatically reconnect with your phone when powered on so
you do not miss a call.
- Make sure the headset is only paired with the devices you use
it with. Eg. if you get a new phone it is recommended that you
reset the headset before pairing it with the new phone (see
instructions below).
I want to reset the headset
- It is possible to reset and test the headset by the following:
’Press and hold the answer/end button while at the same time
turning the headset on by sliding the on/o button to the on
position. Continue to hold the answer/end button until the
light ashes 5 times. In this mode, the pairing list is reset, and
you can test if the headset works as you will be able to hear
audio in the speaker from the microphone.
- The next time you power on, the headset will go into pairing
mode as the rst time you powered your Jabra ARROW on.
