Care and maintenance
Please follow the advice below to have the best user experience and to prolong the life of your hearing aids.
• Keep your hearing aids dry and clean.
• Open the battery door to dry your hearing aids when you are not wearing them.
• Wipe the hearing aids with a soft cloth after use to remove grease or moisture.
• Do not wear your hearing aids when putting on cosmetics, perfume, aftershave, hairspray, suntan lotion,
etc. These might discolor the hearing aid or get into the hearing aid causing damage.
• Do not immerse your hearing aid in any liquid.
• Keep your hearing aids away from excessive heat and intense direct sunlight. The heat may deform the
shell, damage the electronics, and deteriorate the surface.
• The hearing aid is dust, splash, and water resistant:
– The hearing aid has IP6X dust resistance. Avoid exposure to extensive dust.
– The hearing aid has IPX8 water resistance. Avoid exposure to liquids, and do not swim, shower or
sauna while wearing the device.
