Checkengineoillevel
You'dbettercheckengineoilbefore
fillingateachtime.Togetaccurate
readings,theengineoilmustbe
cooled.Checkengineoillevel
accordingtothefollowing
procedures:
1.Thevehicleisparkedonaflat
ground.
2.Switchofftheengine,andwaitfor
afewminutessothattheengineoil
couldbackflowtostocksolution
disk.Ifnotdoinginthisway,theoil
rulewillbeunabletodisplayactual
oillevel.
3.Pullouttheoilrule,andinsertit
intotheoriginalpositionafterwiping
itcleanwithtissueorcloth.And
thenpullitoutagainandkeepitstip
downwardtocheckoillevel.
4.Ifengineoillevelisatthemarked
hole(A)onlowerpartoftheoilruler
orbelowtheposition,youshouldfill
engineoil.However,youmustfill
theengineoilofthecorrectmodel.
Thechapterwillexplaintheengine
oilmodeltobeused.
5.Makesuretofillenoughengineoil
tolettheoillevelwithinanormal
runningscope,i.e.betweentwo
markedholesoftheoilrule.
Completelyinserttheoilrulerinto
theoriginalpositionafterfilling.
