engine,orhugeknockorknockingis
heard,thesemaybecausedby
overheatingofengine.Performthe
followingproceduresinsuchcases
1.Drivethevehicleofftheroadand
parkthevehicleinasafeplaceas
soonaspossible.
2.SwitchtheA/Coffifit'srunning.
3.Incasetheenginecoolantflows
fromthevehiclebottomorsteam
escapesfromtheenginehood,shut
downtheengine.Whenthereisno
enginecoolantorsteamflowingout,
opentheenginehood.Whereno
evidenceshowstheenginecoolant
orsteamstopsflowingout,keeps
theenginerunning,checkandverify
theoperationofenginecoolingfan.
Stoptheengineifthefandoesnot

Keepthehair,handsand
clothesawayfromthemoving
partssuchasfananddriving
beltwhiletheengineisrunning,
soastoavoidpersonalinjury.
5.Whenthewaterpumpdrivingbelt
damagesorenginecoolantflows
out,stoptheengineimmediately
andcontacttheafter-salesservice
centerspeciallyassignedbyJAC.
Overheatingofengine
operate.
4.Checkthewaterpumpdrivingbelt
forfaults.Ifthereisnofault,check
thebeltforslack.Wherethebelt
presentsnoproblem,checkwhether
theenginecoolantleaksfromthe
radiator,hoseorchassis(waterleak
fromthechassis uponvehicle
stoppingisnormalifA/Cisused).
