withfrontwheelcontactingthe
ground,sincethiswillcause
severedamagetothetransmi-
ssion.Suchvehiclemustbe
towedbytowingtrolleyunder
thefrontwheel.
3.It'srecommendedthatyoutow
thevehiclewithallwheelsoffthe
ground.
Emergencytowing
Wherethereisnospecialtowing
vehicle,tocarryoutemergency
towing,tiethetowingrope,steel
chainorstraptoacertainhookatthe
front/rearbottomofthevehicle.
Strictlyprohibittowingwithwheel,
powertrain,axleshaft,steering
wheelorbrakegeardamage.Before
towing,ensurethemanual
transmissionvehiclehasengaged
theneutralgear,or,theAMTvehicle
transmissionisin"N"gear,andthe
ignitionswitchisin"ACC"position
(withenginestopping)or"ON"
position(withenginerunning).The
drivershouldcontrolthesteering
wheelandbrakegearinthecabof
thevehicletobetowed.
