coolantmixtureintotheexpansion
kettle,butfillaftertheengineis
cooledonly.
Ifthecoolantissplashedonto
hotenginepartsand
components,youmaybeburnt.
Thecoolantcontainsglycol.If
temperatureofenginepartsand
componentsishighenough,
glycolwillburn.Therefore,do
notsplashcoolantontothehot
engine.Whenclosingthe
expansionkettlecoveragain,
pleaseconfirmthecoveris
screwedtight.

wateroralcoholislowerthan
thatofnormalcoolantmixture.
Andcoolantalarmsystemofthe

coolantmixture.Useofwateror
otherunsuitableliquidmixture
mayresultinengineoverheat,
butthealarmsystemwillnot
soundanoverheatalarm.The
enginefires,whichmayburn
youorothers.Makesuretouse
liquidmixtureofcleandrinking
waterandsuitablecoolantatthe
ratioof43/57.
Incolddays,watermaycause
freezingbreakageoftheengine,
Howtoaddcoolantintothe
coolantexpansionkettle
radiatorandotherpartsand
components.Therefore,please
usetherecommendedcoolant
andcorrectcoolantmixture.
Youmaytakeoffcoolantexpansion
kettlecoverafterthecooling
system,includingcoolantexpansion
kettlecoverandradiatorhoseis
cooled.
Addsuitableliquidmixtureintothe
coolantexpansionkettleuntilhitting
theupperlimitsignoftheexpansion
kettle.Waitfor5minutes,andthen
checkwhethertheliquidlevelis
belowtheupperlimitsign.Ifyes,
continuouslyaddsomecoolantto
increasetheliquidleveltotheupper
limitsign.Repeatsuchstepuntilthe
