o Wheel lug torque 85 - 95 ft. lb. (115 - 128 N.m)
o Tire pressure
o Front 16 psi (111 kPa)
o Rear 12 psi (83 kPa)
o Hydro linkage neutral centering adjustment
(Unit must not creep in neutral)
o Traction Pedal
o Parking Brake

Check:
o Engine oil level
o Engine coolant level
o Air cleaner element and connections
o Belt adjustment
Cutting Units ___________________
Check:
o All hardware securely fastened
o Adjust cutting height to customers’ requirements
o Make sure hoses do not interfere with lift arm
o Raise/lower operation
Electrical System _______________
Check:
o Interlock System
o Ignition Switch
o Neutral Switch
o Brake Switch
o Mow Switch
o Seat Switch
o Panel gauges and warning lights
o Operation of all control switches
o For pinched or rubbing wires
Hydraulic System _______________
Check:
o Hydraulic oil level
o For pinched or rubbing hoses
o For twisted or crimped hoses
o For oil leaks
o Tow Valve is closed
Miscellaneous__________________
o Check for loose or missing hardware
o All lubrication points
o Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary
o Check decals. In place and legible
o Make sure Parts & Maintenance Manual and Safety
& Operation Manual are in the pouch
