❏ Wheel lug torque 85 - 95 ft. lb. (115 - 128 N.m)
❏ Tire pressure
❏ Tractor 10 - 12 psi (69 - 83 kPa)
❏ Hydro linkage neutral centering adjustment
(Unit must not creep in neutral)
❏ Traction Pedal
❏ Parking Brake
Engine_________________________
Check:
❏ Engine oil level
❏ Engine coolant level
❏ Air cleaner element and connections
❏ Belt adjustment
Cutting Units ___________________
Check:
❏ All hardware securely fastened
❏ Reel end play, there should be none
❏ Front roller bearing adjustment
❏ Offset in front roller brackets is away from reel
❏ Adjust reel to bedknife, .001” to .003” (.025-.08 mm)
❏ Adjust cutting height to customers’ requirements
❏ Make sure hoses do not interfere with lift arm.
❏ Raise/lower operation
❏ Reel motor skid plaes must have raised lip to the
front
Electrical System _______________
Check:
❏ Interlock System
❏ Ignition switch
❏ Neutral Switch
❏ Brake Switch
❏ Mow switch
❏ Seat switch
❏ Panel gauges and warning lights
❏ Operation of all control switches
❏ Reel Arm Limit switch
❏ For pinched or rubbing wires
Hydraulic System _______________
Check:
❏ Hydraulic oil level
❏ For pinched or rubbing hoses
❏ For twisted or crimped hoses
❏ For oil leaks
❏ Pump drive belt adjustment
❏ Tow Valve is closed
Miscellaneous__________________
❏ Check for loose or missing hardware
❏ All lubrication points
❏ Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary
❏ Check decals. In place and legible
❏ Make sure Parts & Maintenance Manual and Safety
& Operation Manual are in the pouch
