  If the pump/motor in your Jacuzzi Control Panel is running but the jets aren't working, first try opening the jets by rotating them counter-clockwise. If that doesn't work, turn off the motor, remove the suction cover/strainer, and clear away any debris. Make sure to replace the suction cover before turning the motor back on.

How to fix a Jacuzzi Pure Air waterfall that is not working?

  If the waterfall on your Jacuzzi Control Panel isn't working, first turn on the whirlpool. Then, turn the waterfall control knob counter-clockwise until the water flow reaches your desired level. If there's still no water flow, use a thin, rigid, non-abrasive material, like a credit card, to gently swipe back and forth and clear away any debris from the waterfall opening.

If water is contacting both sensors during an Auto-Dri™ cycle, the system will continue to run until the excess water is expelled. Also, ensure that no washcloths or toys are covering the sensors.

  If your Jacuzzi Control Panel blower operates but air isn't coming out of all the holes, try increasing the blower intensity. Note that the system is designed to have all air channels operating at the 4th blower setting. If that doesn't work, remove any debris from the holes with a toothpick or toothbrush.
