USING YOUR PORTABLE CHARGING CASE
With a full charge, your portable charging case will give your earbuds 25
extra hours, giving you up to 32 hours total of listening time.
LED INDICATORS BASIC FUNCTIONS
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Disconnect and forget the TWS Exec on your Bluetooth
®
device. Please view the device instruction manual for
instructions on how to forget a device.
2. Turn off Bluetooth
®
on your device.
3. Make sure earbuds are in the charging case.
4. Quickly tap the touch sensors on both earbuds 3 times, at the
same time. This will reset your earbuds.
5. Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
6. Earbuds will automatically go into pairing mode once they are
taken out of the case. The LED on the left earbud will ash red
and blue alternatively. This means they are ready to pair.
7. Turn on Bluetooth
®
on your device.
8. Pair to “JAM TWS Exec”
9. Earbuds not disconnecting from your device? The TWS
Exec earbuds may automatically connect to your device if
put in a charging case that has no battery left. For the best
experience, periodically charge the case to ensure it always
has battery life.

does not function when using
only one earbud
CALLS
Pick up a call Tap either touch sensor once
Decline a call
Press and hold either touch
sensor for 2 seconds
End a call Tap either touch sensor once
Take a second incoming call Tap either touch sensor once
Decline a second incoming
call
Press and hold either touch
sensor for 2 seconds
Swap between 2 calls
Press and hold either touch
sensor for 2 seconds
OTHER
Activate Voice Assistant
Quickly press either touch
sensor 3 times
Turn off earbud
Press and hold touch sensor
for 5 seconds or place in
charging case
Disconnect all Bluetooth
®
connections and reset
earbuds
Place both earbuds in the
charging case, then quickly
tap the touch sensors on both
