What to do if the compressor of my JAVAC Test Equipment will not start?

  If the JAVAC Test Equipment compressor won't start, and the circuit breaker has opened, identify the cause of the breaker activation, rectify the issue, and then reset the breaker. If the discharge pressure is too high, reduce the pressure and rotate C to purge and back to recovery. Reset the pressure cut-out switch. If the HP switch has opened permanently, electronics failure in the motor circuit, or the thermal cut-out has activated and allowing the motor to cool does not solve the issue, factory service is required. In case of electrical overload on the BLDC controller, switch the unit off for 10 seconds and restart.

  If the JAVAC Test Equipment unit overheats, reduce the cylinder temperature if the ambient temperature is high. Check and clear any restrictions in the discharge hose. Bleed air from the recovery cylinder. If the fan is not turning, factory service is required.

  If the JAVAC Test Equipment compressor starts but cuts out within a few minutes and the pressure indication on the HP gauge is high, rotate B to recovery if it is in the purge position and the HP switch activates. Rotate C to the open position if it is not open and the HP switch activates. Open the recovery cylinder valve if it is not open. Check and clear any blockage in the discharge hose. Bleed air from the system/cylinder if there is air present.

How to fix a slow recovery process on JAVAC Test Equipment?

  If the JAVAC Test Equipment recovery process is too slow, reduce the cylinder temperature or change cylinders if the head pressure is too high. Heat up or wait if the system refrigerant has iced up. Factory service is required if the compressor seals are worn. Remove the filter and clean or replace the cone screen if the inlet filter is blocked.
