induce Jayco, Inc. to transfer its Limited Warranty, you represent the
following:
1. That you have received and read a copy of the Jayco Limited
Warranty and Owner’s Manual.
2. You understand that the unit is to be used only for recreational
camping and travel.
3. That all information provided by you on the face side of this form is
true and correct.
4. You understand that you are purchasing a pre-owned recreational
vehicle and Jayco, Inc. does not make any representation as to its
present condition.
