We
have found that continuing a pleasant and effective relationship
through our dealers is equally as important as maintaining the
technical excellence of our product.
Your authorized dealer will
cordially assist
you
in
providing service, maintenance, selection
of
options, and instructions concerning the operation of your vehicle.
Should you have a problem with service, please follow the below
listed steps in this order.

Contact your selling deaIer's service department for an
appointment. Describe to the best of your knowledge the
nature of the problem. Please keep appointments to establish
a
good, workable relationship and proper attitude.

General Manager
of
the
dealership
should
the initial attempt fail with the service department.

Give all the above information as requested along with serial
number of the coach in question.
We
will make every reasonable
attempt to resolve your problem.
Please bear in mind that most problems arise from misunder-
standings concerning warranty coverage and service. Most
instances you
will
be referred to dealer level and will be resolved
with dealer's facilities and personnel.
DEALER
Your authorized Jayco dealer has inspected and serviced your new
Jayco
R.V.
unit
according to our pre-delivery inspection require-
ments.
He
is
authorized
to
service and maintain your coach as
need
be.
All warranty requirements are to be performed
by
the
selling dealer unless Jayco gives prior approval.
Some
R.V.
dealers may, at the time of need, be authorized service
centers for certain manufacturers of separately warranted products,
