he
should assist you in obtaining authorized service.
FACTORY
A
factory service department
is
operated at our Middiebury,
Indiana, manufacturing facility. Should your Jayco
R.V.
be
in need
of repairs and your dealer recommends that the factory repair it, it
may
be
returned to our plant for repairs upon following these
1.
Your dealer
must
make an appointment prior to returning
it to the factory service department.
2.
Jayco does not accept collect phone calls.
3.
Freight costs are the responsibility of the owner.
PARTS
Parts are available at most Jayco dealerships or your dealer will
order parts for you as needed. Should you
be
unable
to
find a
dealer in your local area. contact our Customer Relations
Department and
\ye
will assis1 you in providing parts through an
authorired dealer or from Jay-Parr Supply. our parts department in
Middlebury, Indiana.
OWNER'S
RESPONSIBXLITY
It
is the owner's responsibility to properly maintain hidher new
Javco
R.V.
and be observant to any possible problems in warranty
or otherwise. Negligence is not covered by warranty. Your
R.V.
coach should be checked visually before leaving on a camping trip,
especially an extended trip. Regular maintenance is important and
can save frustration in the event
of
breakdowns.
If
warranty service
is
needed while traveling, contact our Customer
Relations Department and you will be directed to proper personnel.
To have warranty service provided at
a
non-Jayco unauthorized
service center, it
must
have
prior
approval.
Any
unauthorized
repairs will void warranty
on
your Jayco coach.
The
return of defective parts
is
required for warranty coverage
should repairs
be
made
at
either
an
authorized or non-authorized
service center. The returned
parts
are subject to approval by
Jayco's warranty administrator before reimbursement can
be
made.
Please
keep
your
owner's manual, service center list for separately
warranted products, your copy of "Limited Warranty and Customer
Delivery Form". and any other related papers in your trailer.
