Removal
Wear safety glasses during this operation, to protect
your eyes from any splinters of glass. Prise the window
from its rubber seal using Special Tool 992/01100 or a blunt
screwdriver. Care should be taken not to damage the seal. If
the seal is damaged, renew it.
Replacement
1 Fit the glazing seal around the edge of glass.
2 Wind string around the seal. Pull string tight to compress
the inner seal. Apply soap to the seal.
3 Place the glass into the frame from outside the cab.
Make sure that the glass is in the centre of the frame.
4 Pull one end of the string slowly from inside the cab, to
lift the inner seal over the frame.
Note: The inner seal holds the glass to the frame.
