Certifier40G includes
a high precision Permanent
interface
adapter and a Permanent link cord shown in the
figure below.
If ware and tear on the cable degrades
performance, the cable can be cost effectively replaced
without replacing the complete permanent link adapter.
Channel link tests require the use of the customer’s
equipment (patch cords) for performing
certification.
