Why won't my Jensen VX6020 play the disc?

If your Jensen Car Receiver won't play the disc, the issue might be: * The disc being warped or scratched: Use a disc in good condition. * The disc being dirty or wet: Clean the disc with a soft cloth. * The laser pickup being dirty: Clean the laser pickup with a cleaning disc. * An incompatible disc being used: Use a compatible disc. * The disc rating exceeding the Parental Lock rating limit: Change the Parental Lock settings to a lower restriction. * The disc region code not being compatible with the unit: Use a disc with the proper region code. * The disc being inserted upside down: Insert the disc with the label side up.
