THERMO STOP
This machine is equipped with THERMO STOP function.
When activated, if necessary, it will extend the length of
the wash cycle until the booster water is at the proper
temperature. This device ensures correct final sanitization
of the dishes.
- When the Thermo Stop function is working, “SAFE” is
displayed ion the control panel until final rinse temperature
is reached and the cycle is finished. (Fig.7)
STANDARD LOADING RACKS
1- Load the Clipper Pans in the special rack. (Fig.11)
2- Load plates in frontal position. (Fig.8)
3- Load glasses and bowls in upside down position. (Fig.9)
4- Load cutlery vertically inside its containers. (Fig.10)
