What to do if my Jet-tech Dishwasher overflows?
    • A
      Ana YoungAug 14, 2025
If your warewasher is overflowing, the drain outlet hose may be kinked or blocked; straighten or unblock it. Also, the drain pump might be blocked or defective; call for service to address this issue, keeping in mind that blockages due to food or debris are not covered under warranty. High incoming water pressure could also be the cause; if it's above 3 BAR, a Pressure Reducing Valve must be installed. Excessive suds from non-commercial detergent can also cause overflow. If this happens, turn off the washer, drain the wash tank, remove as much suds as possible, and run the unit without the overflow pipe for 2-4 minutes before refilling.

What to do if my Jet-tech F-14 will not operate or start?
    • S
      smithlisaAug 17, 2025
If your dishwasher won't start, first check if the Power ON Indicator Lamp is off. If it is, verify the breaker and all electrical connections. If the Power ON Indicator Lamp is on, make sure that the water supply is turned on.

What to do if drain time exceeds 2 minutes on my Jet-tech F-14?
    • E
      edward84Aug 21, 2025
If the drain time exceeds 2 minutes, the drain hose may be kinked, or the drain is blocked. The drain pump may also be blocked and/or defective. Unclog or reposition the hose, and/or replace the drain hose. Unclog or replace the drain pump, as required. If problems persist, call for service.

Why does my Jet-tech F-14 Dishwasher fill constantly?
    • C
      Christian GentryAug 25, 2025
Your dishwasher may be filling constantly because it was turned off for several hours without draining the wash tank. Turn the machine off, remove the overflow pipe, and drain the unit completely. Clean the wash tank and filters, replace all parts, close the door, turn the machine on, and let it fill. Alternatively, the overflow pipe in the wash tank might not be positioned correctly; ensure it drops straight down into the drain receptacle without forcing it. If neither of these solutions works, the water level system may be defective, and you should call for service.

Why does my Jet-tech Dishwasher make a high pitch noise during the wash cycle?
    • S
      Sharon CopelandAug 28, 2025
A high-pitched noise during the wash cycle usually means there's too much detergent in the wash tank. Reduce the amount of detergent you're using. Drain the unit, refill it, and run a wash cycle. If the squealing continues, call for service.

What to do if my Jet-tech Warewasher fills in less than 1 minute?
    • B
      Brooke KleinAug 31, 2025
If your warewasher fills in less than 1 minute, the incoming water pressure is probably too high (above 3 BAR). If the water pressure is above 3 BAR, a Pressure Reducing Valve must be installed. Also, the water level may be low because the air trap has dirt in it; clean the air trap by pouring water over it.

Why is my Jet-tech Warewasher filling in more than 3 minutes?
    • C
      Calvin JohnsSep 3, 2025
If the warewasher is filling in more than 3 minutes, the incoming water pressure may be incorrect. The unit requires a minimum incoming water pressure of 2 BAR. Check that the shut-off valve is fully opened. If the incoming pressure is still low, a pressure-booster pump to increase the water pressure may be required. Additionally, water may be leaking down the drain, so remove and reposition the overflow pipe.

What causes spotting or streaks on wares from my Jet-tech F-14?
    • G
      gregory92Sep 6, 2025
Spotting or streaks on wares usually indicates that the rinse pump needs to be primed or adjusted. Prime and/or adjust the rinse pump.

Why is the wash pump not operating consistently on my Jet-tech Dishwasher?
    • J
      Jessica MackSep 10, 2025
Inconsistent wash pump operation can occur if the machine hasn't been leveled. Level the unit using the four adjustable feet. Also, the water level in the wash tank may be too low (below the level of the screens). Turn the machine OFF, remove the overflow pipe, and drain the unit completely. Pour hot water over the air trap, close the door, turn the machine ON, and let it fill. The water level should be even with the screens. If problems persist, call for service.
