Why is my Jet-tech Washer not washing properly?
    • E
      Elizabeth AndersonNov 25, 2025
If your Jet-tech Washer isn't washing properly, several factors could be the cause. Start by checking if the wash water is clean; if not, drain, rinse, and refill the tank. Inspect the wash/rinse arm jets for clogs and carefully clean them, ensuring you don't lose the o-rings. Also, make sure the scrap screens are clean. The water level in the wash tank should be just under the opening of the overflow pipe. Other potential issues include a dirty air trap (clean it), a faulty air pressure switch (adjust or replace), or a solenoid valve with dirt or defects (clean filter or replace). Incoming water pressure that's too low (under 25psi) or too high (above 35psi) can also cause problems; adjust accordingly, possibly needing a pressure-booster pump or a pressure-reducing valve. Finally, check f...

What to do if drain time exceeds 2 minutes on my Jet-tech F-22?
    • T
      tylerchristensenAug 25, 2025
If the drain time exceeds 2 minutes, the drain hose may be kinked, or the drain is blocked. The drain pump may also be blocked and/or defective. Unclog or reposition the hose, and/or replace the drain hose. Unclog or replace the drain pump, as required. If problems persist, call for service.

What to do if my Jet-tech Washer does not start?
    • G
      Gabrielle DavisAug 28, 2025
If your Jet-tech Washer isn't starting, begin by checking the power switch to ensure it's properly connected and not defective; replace if necessary. Verify that there's power reaching the machine by checking the breaker and electrical connections. A defective door micro switch, timer, momentary relay, or washing cycle button could also be the issue; consider adjusting or replacing these parts. Look for short circuits in the electrical components or wiring, and check all connections. Also, the solenoid valve may have dirt on it or may be defective; clean filter or replace as required. Additionally, a faulty pressure switch can prevent the washer from starting; adjust or replace it.

How to fix Jet-tech Washer overflow?
    • C
      Charles MeyerAug 29, 2025
If your Jet-tech Washer is overflowing, the solenoid valve may have dirt in it or may be defective, so replacement may be required. Incorrect incoming water pressure can also cause this issue. Check the drain outlet hose for blockages, and ensure the drain pump isn't blocked or defective, preventing proper drainage. Un-clog or reposition the hose and un-clog or replace the drain pump as needed. Lastly, the overflow itself may be clogged; clean out any residue.

Why is the wash pump not operating consistently on my Jet-tech F-22 Dishwasher?
    • H
      hendersonkarenSep 23, 2025
Inconsistent wash pump operation can occur if the machine hasn't been leveled. Level the unit using the four adjustable feet. Also, the water level in the wash tank may be too low (below the level of the screens). Turn the machine OFF, remove the overflow pipe, and drain the unit completely. Pour hot water over the air trap, close the door, turn the machine ON, and let it fill. The water level should be even with the screens. If problems persist, call for service.

Why is my Jet-tech Warewasher filling in more than 3 minutes?
    • A
      Alexander WilliamsSep 17, 2025
If the warewasher is filling in more than 3 minutes, the incoming water pressure may be incorrect. The unit requires a minimum incoming water pressure of 2 BAR. Check that the shut-off valve is fully opened. If the incoming pressure is still low, a pressure-booster pump to increase the water pressure may be required. Additionally, water may be leaking down the drain, so remove and reposition the overflow pipe.

    • P
      perkinsrebekahSep 8, 2025
If the filling process of your Jet-tech Washer is too short, the air trap may have dirt in it, so clean the air trap. Also, the air pressure switch may be faulty; adjust or replace as required.

Why is the wash pump not working consistently in my Jet-tech Washer?
    • P
      pvelazquezSep 5, 2025
If the wash pump in your Jet-tech Washer isn't operating consistently during a wash cycle, the air trap may have dirt in it, so clean the air trap. Also, the air pressure switch may be faulty; adjust or replace it as required. Ensure the machine is leveled. If the water level in the wash tank is too low, adjust the pressure switch or replace it as required.
