Check for any damage to the cord and replace it if necessary. If the overload automatic reset has tripped, allow the unit to cool down completely before attempting to restart. If the issue persists, verify the amp setting on the motor starter. Also, verify that the saw is on a correctly sized circuit. If the circuit size is correct, there is probably a loose electrical lead. If you have access to a voltmeter, you can separate a starter failure from a motor failure by first, verifying incoming voltage at 220+/-10% and second, checking the voltage between starter and motor at 220+/-10%.   A misaligned weld on your Jet Saw can occur due to dirt or scale on the clamp jaws or blade, so always keep the jaws clean and clean the blade before welding. It may also be caused by blade ends not being square, so before welding, grind the cut edges of the blade until they are square. Ensure the blade ends are correctly aligned when clamped in the jaws. Worn clamp jaws or clamp jaws not aligned correctly can also lead to misalignment, so replace or align the clamp jaws as needed.
