FOUNTAIN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Preheatthefountainbyturningonswitchonthepowersocketsettheheatlevelto
70degreesbypressingthe( + )key(forSQ1,pleasewaituntiltheindicatorlightstops
ashing.).Allowfountaintopreheatforatleast10minutes.
STEP 2
JMPosnerFonduechocolatecaneitherbepre-meltedormelteddirectlyinthefountain.
Topre-melt,followtheinstructionsonthemicrowaveablebag.Tomeltinthefountain,
add1kgofchocolateatatime,stirringoccasionallyuntilcompletelymelted.
Toaddchocolatetothefountainduringuse,eitherpre-meltthechocolateorpour1cup
ofchipsatatimedirectlyintothebasin.Allowchipstomeltbeforeaddingmore.
Important Note:Donotoverllthefountain;seefountaincapacitiesbelow.
STEP 3
Oncethechocolateiscompletelymelted,lowertheheatbypressingthe( - )keytothe
operatingtemperatureandturnthemotorswitchto“ON”.
