What to do if my JNGE Power JN-MPPT-AL is overloading?
    • S
      spencer50Aug 9, 2025
If your JNGE Power Controller is overloading, it's likely because the load power is too large. You can resolve this by reducing the load power, restarting to release the fault, and ensuring there's no excessive sensibility and capacitive load.

Why is my JNGE Power Controller battery over voltage (overcharge)?
    • T
      Tony NicholsAug 14, 2025
Battery over voltage in your JNGE Power Controller can occur due to several reasons: the controller's overvoltage protection point being lower than the highest charging range, the battery aging or being over-discharged, or large dynamic changes in load. To address this, reset the battery overvoltage protection point using the device button, PC host computer, or APP. If the battery is aging, it needs replacement. For over-discharge, manually set the battery voltage level. Also, reduce large dynamic changes in load.

What to do if my JNGE Power Controller heat sink is overheating?
    • K
      Kellie MilesAug 21, 2025
If your JNGE Power Controller's heat sink is overheating, it could be due to a high ambient temperature, poor equipment heat dissipation, inadequate fan ventilation, or a damaged fan. Check the equipment's installation environment, remove any obstructions, and ensure the fan is well-ventilated. If the fan is damaged, it needs to be replaced.

What to do if my JNGE Power JN-MPPT-AL Controller battery is under voltage (over discharge)?
    • E
      Eric MartinezAug 28, 2025
If your JNGE Power Controller indicates a battery under voltage (over discharge), it means the battery voltage is lower than the undervoltage protection setting. Try reducing or disconnecting the load. If the alarm stops and the battery voltage returns to normal, it suggests the load power is too high or the battery voltage and capacity are too low. Alternatively, disconnect the load controller. If the alarm persists and the battery voltage doesn't reach the over-discharge recovery setting, charge the battery using PV or other methods until it reaches the set recovery point.

How to fix array over voltage on JNGE Power JN-MPPT-AL Controller?
    • J
      Jesse ShawSep 3, 2025
To fix array over voltage on your JNGE Power Controller, which is caused by having too many PV arrays in series, disconnect the PV array. Reduce the number of PV arrays connected in series, and ensure that the PV array open circuit voltage does not exceed the set value in the “Table 3- 1 PV Electrical Parameters” table.
