When all jumpers and address switches have been set, and all connections
have been made and verified, 24 VAC power may be applied. The Power
LED should be lit. If the communications bus is active the R/T LED will
flash. If the Power LED is not lit, check the 24 V supply.
The Configuration Tools for Windows® (WS-EURPRO-0) or TC-9100
Commissioning Tool software (TC-9100-TOOL) running on a PC is
required to verify the operation of the controller and to change
parameters. Refer to the Configuration Tools for Windows Manual or the
TC-9100 Commissioning Tool User’s Guide for further information.
