3.3 Pre-Cooling Instructions
The refrigerated compartment must be pre-cooled before loading cargo. Follow these steps:
Retrieve Cord.
Typically stored in cab or cord box.
Plug male cord end into matching AC
electrical outlet.
Building receptacle’s disconnect switch
may be turned on; cord may be
energized when plugging in to truck.
Plug female cord end into electrical inlet
on truck.
Ignore this step if cord box is hard-wired.
Upon connection to AC power, the
refrigeration system controller starts up.
Start-up takes about 10 seconds.
