BEARING REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (JPS)
Tools required:
u Philips screwdriver
u Hex key (4mm)
u Bearing puller
u C-Clip pliers
u Wooden hammer
Procedure:
6. Remove the C-
clip with the C-Clip
Pliers and then
remove the Idler
Assembly by using
the Bearing Puller.
u If the Ball
Bearing failed,
replace it.
7. With the wooden
hammer tap the idler
pulley assembly back
to the pulley-axle
assembly.
8. Install all C-clips and ball bearings.
9. Install the side covers and tighten the screws.
