The mower deck might not be level, so level the mower deck. A buildup of grass, leaves, and trash under the mower can also cause this, requiring you to clean the underside of the mower housing. Additionally, a bent blade mandrel (replace it) or clogged mower deck vent holes from buildup around mandrels (clean around mandrels to open vent holes) could be the cause.
