Mode of Operation

Installation and Adjustment

Installation

Attach the actuator to the damper spindle using the adapter and secure with screws.

Angle of Rotation Limiting

Limit the angle of rotation mechanically by repositioning the adapter in 5° steps.

Direction of Rotation Selection

Reverse rotation direction by loosening a screw, removing the cover, or using the switch.

Wiring

Actuator Wiring Diagram

Connect according to the actuator wiring diagram shown in Figure 4.

Parallel Connection

Connect according to the terminal connection shown in Figure 6.

Auxiliary Switches Wiring

Connect according to the terminal connection shown in Figure 7.

Feedback Potentiometer

Feedback potentiometer connection is not possible.

Auxiliary Switches Adjustment

Adjustment Procedure

Adjust auxiliary switches by moving cam wheels a. and b. to specific positions.

Factory Setting

Switches a. and b. are factory set to 10° CW and 80° CW respectively.
