Getting a second operation panel onboard is easy. Connect the controller to the
transceiver and position the controller at a secondary location on the ship. The
second MF/HF station is fully operable and you can transfer saved channel data
to optimise your operation.
Besides connecting a printer and GPS, you can connect the MF/HF to the Remote
Maintenance System (RMS
1
), a system that transmits a variety of information via satellite to
shore, to remotely perform maintenance and management checks – signi cantly reducing
down time and service miscarriage by failure analysis.
With JRCs MF/HF radio equipment you can perform self-diagnosis checks on the
controller and transceiver, allowing for easy maintenance and more reliability. The
results are directly shown on the screen, you can save as a log (up to 10 possible) or
print the results (with optional printer).
The JSS-2150 is black box con gured and allows for a  exible installation approach in
con ned space. Panel, desktop or overhead mounting is possible with this signi cantly in
size reduced MF/HF.
