13. ADJUSTING THE PRESSER FOOT
(1) Adjusting the presser foot position
1) Loosen adjusting screw ❶ and screw ❼ of the presser foot.
2) Move the presser foot ❻ so that the groove of the presser foot can align with the groove of the throat plate.

3) Loosen the screw ❺ and move ❹ left and right so that ❸ can match ❷ and ❷ can move upward and
downward smoothly. Then, tighten the screw ❺.
4) To adjust to a proper pressure: turn the screw ❶ clockwise will increase the pressure, whereas turn it counter
clockwise will decrease the pressure.
