5.1 Troubleshooting guide
There are five ranks A, B, C, D and E of POWER FET
(Q111, Q112, Q113, Q114, Q115, Q116, Q211, Q212, Q213, Q214, Q215 and Q216).
There are following four groups of IC. If you replace any IC, do other two ICs in the group
at a time to be equal in rank.
Q111, Q113, Q115 (MLE20)
Q112, Q114, Q116 (MJD20)
Q211, Q213, Q215 (MLE20)
Q212, Q214, Q216 (MJD20)
The rank is stamped here (A, B, C, D and E).
