mg Removing the Capstan Motor (See Fig. 5- 23)
Capstan motor
From the joint bracket, remove the two screws @
retaining the capstan motor.

m@ Removing the Flywheel (See Figs. 5- 24 and 5~- 25)
1.Remove the head amp. & mechanism control P.C. Fig. 5-23
board.
2. Remove the capstan motor assembly.
3. After turning over the cassette mechanism, remove the
slit washers @ and © fixing the capstan shafts R and L,
and pull out the flywheels R and L respectively from
behind the cassette mechanism.

mRemoving the Reel Pulse P.C. Board and
Solenoid (See Fig. 5- 26)
1. Remove the five pawis (©, @, ©, ® and @) retaining
the reel pulse P.C. board.
2. From the surface of the reel pulse P.C. board parts,
remove the two pawls @® and © retaining the solenoid.
