What to do if Kantech IP Access Controllers need factory default DHCP?

When JP2 and JP3 are OFF: all of the Kantech IP Access Controller's memory is set to default values, the internal event buffer is cleared, the controller generates the message 'Controller Factory Default Reset', and the Ethernet port reverts to DHCP configuration, waiting for an IP address from the local DHCP server.
