Replacing the rubber blade and felt
strip
Rubber Blade and Felt Strip Set: (Order no.
2.883-341)
Replace the rubber blade whenever
stripes remain on the surface being
cleaned after it has been vacuumed. The
strip can be inserted from both sides and
used twice for greater economy.
To replace the rubber blade or felt strip: open
the slider on the cleaning head and remove
the cover.
Insert new rubber blade or felt strip.
Re-attach the cover, and lock in place by
closing the slider.
Unit does not start up
Check that battery is correctly inserted inside
unit.
Charge battery.
No spraying action
Check accessory attachments.
Check that there is water in fresh-water tank,
and refill if required.
Release air trapped in unit by pressing pump
lever several times.
Detach nozzle from cleaning head, and clean
carefully under running water.
No vacuuming action
Check accessory attachments.
Check that dirty-water tank is properly
attached.
Check that rubber blade is properly fitted.
Other fault symptoms
Any other faults should only be repaired by an
authorised service agent.
