      If your Kärcher Floor Machine is not working, first ensure it is switched ON and not in standby mode. Also, reset the EMERGENCY STOP switch. Check and replace fuses F1, F2, and F4 if necessary. Verify the batteries are connected, checked, and recharged. Inspect and replace the key switch S1, magnet sensor B1 for the drive control, and main relay K1 if needed. Check the battery charge control and drive motor M3.

      If the brushes on your Kärcher Floor Machine do not rotate, first reduce the brush head contact pressure. Then, remove any foreign objects causing a mechanical block. Check the microswitch S7 for the brush motors, the electrical connection of the brush head, and check/replace the drive belt.
