Fill the unit with diesel fuel or light fuel oil only. Never operate with an empty tank.

Operation

Switch On The Machine

Set unit switch to "I". Ensure ready for working indicator lamp is lit.

Setting Cleaning Temperature

Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature for hot water or steam cleaning.

Adjust pressure and flow using the control spindle and pressure/flow control.

Cleaning

Set pressure, temperature, and detergent concentration. Start from a distance.

Recommended Cleaning Method

Spray cleaning agent, let it react, then spray off loosened dirt.

Operation with Hot Water

Use appropriate temperatures for different cleaning tasks. Beware of scalding.

Operation with Steam

Replace nozzle, set pressure to minimum, and temperature to min. 100°C. Beware of steam.

Turn off unit, shut off water, remove plug, depressurize, and secure handgun.

Warning lamp indicates necessary maintenance work based on operating hours.

Change Oil

Provide container, unscrew plug, drain oil, retighten, and top up slowly.

Faults

Ready For Working Indicator Lamp Goes Out

Address motor overload or no mains voltage issues.

Unit Does Not Run

Check for no mains voltage or issues with the electric mains/power cord.

Unit Does Not Build Up Pressure

Check for air in the system and bleed the pump.

Burner Not Ignited

Check fuel tank, water supply, and fuel filter. Check rotation direction.
