Handlebar and Stem Installation
WARNING: To prevent loss of control and steering system damage,
the “MIN-INSERT” (minimum inseron) mark (A) on the stem must be
below the top of the locknut (B).
NOTE: Remove plasc cap from the
end of the Stem (5).
1. Insert the Stem (5) into the fork
(g 03).
2. Point the stem towards the
front of the bike
3. Tighten the Stem Bolt (C)
enough to hold it in posion.
4. Align the stem with the front
re and ghten the stem bolt
(C) securely to 13 -lbs (g 03).

WARNING: Do not overghten the stem bolt. Overghtening the
stem bolt can cause loss of control and damage to the steering system.
NOTE: Do not overghten. Torque to 13 -lbs.
