Limited Warranty
Warranty Duration: The frame is warranted for one year from
the date of purchase when properly assembled and used in a
normal manner. Kazam will replace the frame at no charge,
should it fail when the cycle has been used in a normal manner,
and determined by our inspecon. Kazam will also replace
the bicycle fork if it should fail at any weld point. You must
receive prior authorizaon from Kazam before returning any
product or parts. Kazam will replace, without charge to you,
any frame and fork found to be defecve by Kazam. Customer
is responsible for all labor and transportaon charges associated
with warranty work.
