Why does my Keiser 1021 Air Compressor run too long?

  If your Keiser Air Compressor runs for over an hour and doesn't reach the shut-off pressure (around 120 psi), it's likely due to an air leak within the system or a blockage in the Dryer Module. Check for air leaks in the compressor and air line system. Disconnect all exercise machines, reset the compressor, and run it to see if it builds pressure and shuts off at 120 psi. If it does, the leak is probably in an exercise machine or the air supply line. Also, inspect the Dryer Module and Elbow Connector for corrosion; if found, replace them.

  If the air pressure in your Keiser Air Compressor is building too slowly, the Inlet-Muffler Assembly might be dirty or blocked. Make sure the compressor is in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area and that the vents aren't blocked. If necessary, replace the Inlet-Muffler Assembly.
