Series 2280 Precision Measurement DC Power Supplies
are high-sensitivity, accurate, programmable instruments
that source low noise and stable voltage, and can monitor
load currents over a wide dynamic range, from amperes to
nanoamperes. With a high-resolution, 4.3-inch color display,
numerous parameters describing the state of the instrument
are displayed that allow you to get the most information from
your measurements.
In addition, you can monitor trends such as drift with
the built-in plotting functionality. As a power supply in an
automated test system, this power supply provides a list
mode and triggers, and speed optimization to minimize test
time.
