Either Edge trigger mode
The Either Edge trigger mode generates a low pulse and detects both rising and falling edges.

Input characteristics:
• All rising or falling edges generate an input trigger event

Output characteristics:
•The trigger.assert command generates a low pulse that is similar to the Falling Edge
trigger mode
